Training on the use of Medicinal Plants (TOGA) for Santo Nikolas Medan School
Around 41 students from Santo Nikolas School Medan participated in the Technical Guidance on the Utilization of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) at Socfindo Conservation, which included training on making fresh sinom herbal drink and eco-enzyme. The students were taught how to make fresh sinom from natural ingredients such as turmeric, tamarind, and palm sugar, along with its health benefits. Additionally, they learned how to make eco-enzyme from the fermentation of organic waste like fruit and vegetable peels, which is useful for maintaining environmental cleanliness. During the activity, the students were very enthusiastic and actively participated, gaining new knowledge and practical skills that they could apply at home, and were inspired to lead a healthy and environmentally friendly lifestyle.

Workshop on Making Healthy Noodles and Kombucha in Desa Rimo Village and Lae Butar Village
The Socfindo Ladies Association (KISS) held a workshop on Healthy Noodle and Kombucha Production with the Women Group from Desa Rimo Village and Lae Butar Village. Socfindo Conservation also provided support in the form of materials and equipment for making Healthy Noodles, such as a noodle milling machine and kombucha starter kits, to enable the villages to produce their own products. On this occasion, PT Socfindo, together with the KISS women's group, also visited SDN 1 Rimo to inaugurate the establishment of a healthy canteen, assist with toilet renovations, paint school buildings, and install floor concrete.

Outing Class of Hevea Sei Karang Kindergarten at Socfindo Conservation
Around 44 enthusiastic students from Hevea Sei Karang Kindergarten visited Socfindo Conservation for an outing class, where they learned about various plants, including the health benefits of Moringa leaves, and engaged in a nature walk and tree-planting activity, leaving them inspired and motivated to protect the environment.

Training on the use of Medicinal Plants (TOGA) for Edu Global High School
A total of 79 students from Edu Global High School participated in training at Socfindo Conservation, where they were divided into three groups for various interesting and educational training sessions: 20 students learned to make healthy dried noodles with natural ingredients, 20 other students participated in training to make refreshing grass jelly from grass jelly leaves, and 27 students attended training on making traditional herbal drinks from various types of medicinal plants. During the training, the students were very enthusiastic and actively participated, gaining a lot of new knowledge and valuable experiences that they could apply at home, and were inspired to lead a healthy lifestyle.

The Socfindo Ladies Association (KISS) organized a workshop on Healthy Noodle and Kombucha Production with the Women Group from Purwodadi Village and Jogja Village. Socfindo Conservation also provided support in the form of materials and equipment for making Healthy Noodles, such as a noodle milling machine and kombucha starter kits, to enable the villages to produce their own products. On this occasion, PT Socfindo and the KISS members conducted a “3S Food (Healthy, Delicious, and Simple)” awareness program, repaired the motorcycle parking area, donated 6 fans, and provided sports equipment to SD Negeri Kuala Trang.

Kombucha Training for Al Ikhlas Islamic Elementary School Kongo
Around 80 enthusiastic students from Al Ikhlas Islamic Elementary School in Kongo visited at Socfindo Conservation for an exciting kombucha training session. The students, accompanied by their teachers, were eager to learn about the fermentation process and the health benefits of kombucha. They listened attentively as the instructors explained the steps involved in making this probiotic-rich drink. The hands-on experience allowed the students to actively participate in the brewing process, sparking their curiosity and enthusiasm. By the end of the session, the students were thrilled with their newfound knowledge and excited to try making kombucha at home.
