Training on making homemade oven noodles
Socfindo Conservation held a training for Socfindo’s Ladies Association to produce homemade oven noodle products by using natural flavouring from telang, turmeric, and moringa. The noodle manufacturing process consists of noodle grinding, molding and steaming process, and ovening process.

WORKSHOP
Training on making homemade oven noodles
Socfindo Conservation held a training for Socfindo’s Ladies Association to making homemade oven noodle products with noodle variants from butterfly pea flower, turmeric, and moringa. This training focused on testing the seasonings such as salted fish, rendang, satay, chilli paste, water spinach, and chicken concentrate.
