As a part of the Community Development Program, the Socfindo Ladies Association (KISS) visited school in Mata Pao Estate and had a regular inspection on worker’s facilitation. The KISS also held a seminar on Healthy Meal for the community around Mata Pao Estate.

Students of the Ir. Djuanda Middle School from Tebing Tinggi visited Socfindo Conservation to see the collection of mushrooms, orchids, vegetables and other medicinal plants and they were happy to have the opportunity to understand the health benefits of these plants.

Field trip students of the Faculty of Agriculture from the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra
A total of 195 students and lecturers of the Faculty of Agriculture, Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra visited Socfindo Conservation. They came to see and learn about medicinal plants and their health benefits and had the opportunity to enjoy dishes made from fresh ingredients from Socfindo Conservation's organic garden.
